Our home is now 10 years old and when he built it for us Nik said that it would certainly withstand
the odd tremors you get from time to time here. Of course, he was right. Indeed about a year ago
when there was an unusually big one, our neighbour’s house ( not built by a Nik) took a lot of
damage but ours showed hardly a scratch or a crack. And we’ve benefited from Nik’s imaginative
touches along the way as we continued to develop our plot. And Pauline continues to be a
