A first for the area “Prasino Village” an Eco village with Nikos Mitroyiannis as master planner and project manager.

The project is due to start in autumn of 2010, we will stage the work in three phases, to accommodate our the visitors in the summer.

The village will be totally Green using only Eco building materials. We will be keeping you updated with the progress of the project with regular video footage of each phase.

Other Private projects for 2010-2011. We are undertaking the management and building of three new homes and private swimming pools on the island.
